目的 了解社区居民的用药知识及对药学服务的需求,探索药师参与社区药学服务的途径和方法。方法 随机对206例社区居民进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计、分析。结果 被调查者根据医生指导用药的为68.93％;根据药师指导用药的仅为5.83％;有39.22％的家庭未能定期清理过期药品;居民希望通过不同的途径获得药学相关知识。结论 社区迫切需要药学服务,医院药师应利用自身的专业优势开展社区药学服务,实现公众的安全合理用药。

ObjectiveTo investigate the medication knowledges and the demands for pharmacy services of the community resident sin order to explore suitable ways for pharmacists to participate in community pharmaceutical care. Methods A total of 206 residents were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire,and the Results of the investigation were analyzed statistically. Results Medication under doctor′s guidance constituted 68.93%, while that under pharmacist′s guidance only constituted 5.83%;39.22% of the families did not cleanup expired drugs regularly;the residents wanted to have different ways to get medication-related know1edge.Conclusion There is an urgent need for pharmaceutical care in communities.Pharmacists should use their professional knowledge to provide pharmaceutical care in communities and make sure rational drug use by the public.
